Capture of anthropogenic emissions is currently eligible provided that it enables the economic activity to operate under its respective threshold and it shows that the captured CO2 will be offloaded to a Taxonomy eligible CO2 transportation operation and permanent sequestration facility. This criterion is subject to regular review.
